Send the destination market, preferred product ID or fan type, estimated quantity, logo or packaging needs, and any required accessories. This lets us confirm the applicable specification, MOQ, packing and price.
02Can I request a sample?+
Yes. Samples can be discussed for product and market evaluation. Availability, sample charge, freight and preparation time are confirmed for the selected model.
03Do you support low-MOQ trial orders?+
Trial orders can be discussed by product ID, finish and packaging requirement. Final MOQ is quoted against the chosen configuration rather than stated as one number for every product.
04Which OEM and ODM options are available?+
Common options include model and mounting format, blade style, finish, logo, label, manual language, retail packaging and accessory combinations. Feasibility is confirmed before artwork approval.
05How do I choose stove-top or pipe-mounted?+
Stove-top fans suit a stable hot upper surface. Pipe-mounted formats help when top space is limited and require a suitable flue diameter and installation condition. Share a stove or flue photo if you need model guidance.
06Are compliance files available for every model?+
Available EMC, RoHS, FCC and REACH files can be reviewed on the Compliance Files page. Scope and relevance must be matched to the exact product ID and destination-market requirement before ordering.
07How are final specifications confirmed?+
Website values are selection references. The final product ID, dimensions, operating conditions, accessories, packaging and inspection points are confirmed in the quotation and approved specification.
08Can products be supplied with thermometers or spare parts?+
Selected ranges can be discussed with stove thermometers, motors, TEG modules or maintenance items. The compatible combination and packing format are confirmed by item.
